If you are feeling like you need to escape and recharge then SUP Yoga is for you. We practice Yoga on our stand up paddle boards gliding down the River Tees where peace and beauty rub shoulders. We chill out along the way with a bit of yoga, a giggle and mild exercise.
It doesn’t matter if you are new to Yoga or an intermediate, our Instructor Victoria will work with you to make sure you are comfortable. It is accessible for all.
We provide the board, paddle, wetsuit (if required), buoyancy aid and qualified tuition. You just bring a towel, water, warm clothes and a smile. In warm weather bring sun lotion, old trainers and swimwear.
